How is the flower subscription delivered?
Each bouquet of your subscription will be delivered personally by one of our drivers to your doorstep. To ensure that the flowers reach you in their freshest form, they are transported in a plastic container. If you are away from home at the delivery time, we will take the liberty of leaving your delivery in the plastic container at your doorstep. You are welcome to return this with the next delivery or personally in the store.
What are the delivery charges?
Each delivery is charged separately. The delivery price is between CHF 15.- and CHF 25.- per delivery depending on the delivery address.
Can I choose the flowers?
We select the flowers for the personalized flower subscription depending on their season, availability, and quality. We gladly accept your wishes for flowers or colors, but we cannot always consider them.
Can I give a flower subscription as a gift?
Sure, no problem. Important: Please enter the address of the person receiving the gift under the delivery address in the checkout.
When will the flowers be delivered?
When you purchase the flower subscription, the first delivery day is set. Subsequent deliveries will automatically follow on a weekly or bi-weekly basis on the same day of the week as the first delivery.
Can I pause the subscription?
No problem; email us at contact@bellefleur.ch, and we will adjust the delivery dates for you.
How do I pay?
Payment is made online by credit card or Twint after adding the flower subscription to your shopping cart. The subscription will not be automatically renewed after expiration.
